guarantee delivery by Christmas.   We will do what we can to ship as quickly as possible but there may be delays in shipping time.

If you are local and would like your order before Christmas, please choose local pick up when placing your order.   You will have to pick up your order from our store.

At Stitches & Sundries, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How It Works

Thank you for purchasing from Stitches & Sundries.  There are certain items that unfortunately we cannot return due to the nature of the item.   Please see if your item is in one of the following categories.

We offer exchanges for custom products, that have not been personalized with embroidery or vinyl, and our retail items.

If you would like to return a product you have purchased within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a refund of the original purchase price (minus the original shipping cost) once we have received the item in original condition.   You are responsible for returning the item to us.   The refund will be processed on the original form of payment only.

Face Mask- Due to the nature of the product and reason for use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of face masks for any reason.   If you are unhappy with the strap choice (ties or elastic) please let us know and we would be happy to swap your strap choice.

Personalized items with embroidery or vinyl- Due to the nature of a personalized item (name, logo, special image added to a product), we cannot accept returns because we cannot re-sell the item to the general public.   

 

Worn or used items-  If the item shows signs of wear or use, we cannot accept returns because we cannot re-sell the item to the general public.   

Picking up your products!

Due to the in-house nature of our store front, we have limited storage space.  We kindly ask that you pick up your products in a timely manor.   We will gladly hold your products for 60 days past the date we notify you that they are ready.   You will receive several notifications reminding you that your products are ready for pick-up.


If you have not been in contact with us in regards to picking up your products prior to the 60 day mark to make arrangements, we will list your items for sale on our website.   You may purchase the item again at a discount if you so choose.

You may be eligible for a partial refund (the original total minus the cost of materials) if the item has not been personalized in any way.     If your item was personalized we cannot offer you a refund as we may not be able to sell the item to the general public.
